$19/hr

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Must interview first before hire

Position Overview:

Join our team as a Warehouse Operations Clerk! You'll be responsible for ensuring all shipping documents and records are accurate and completed on time. This role involves daily communication with carriers, preparing bills of lading, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate schedules and equipment needs via email with outbound carriers Direct drivers and manage outbound shipments Prepare and process shipping documents using warehouse management systems Maintain accurate records and files for shipping activities Assist in material handling tasks (receiving, picking, packing, etc.) Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate trailer moves Support additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Experience in a fast-paced warehouse Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Bi-lingual Spanish a plus Ability to handle changes with good judgment
