Material Handler:

Unload inbound shipments, inspect packages for damage, verify item counts against bill of lading/packing slips, and process receiving documentation. Sort, label, and stage materials in designated warehouse locations to prepare them for putaway or order fulfillment. Accurately pick items using pick sheets or handheld RF scanners, consolidate orders, wrap pallets, and prepare shipments for outgoing freight. Perform routine count checks, report stock discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory placement within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by keeping aisles clear, removing trash/packaging materials, and following standard 5S practices. Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; prior warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience is a plus. Basic computer skills; experience with handheld RF scanners or WMS systems preferred. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted; ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment. Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading comprehension skills, a dependable attendance record, and a strong safety-first mindset.
