Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picking tools, RF scanners, and pallet jacks Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and stockers in compliance with safety protocols Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit, adhering to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies promptly Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and managing international trade regulations when applicable Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication within the team to streamline warehouse distribution processes Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities accurately Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping #
