Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to materials handling, inventory management, and quality control. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and reach trucks for the safe movement of materials. Perform stock management tasks including receiving, storing, and organizing products within the warehouse. Conduct picking and packing operations to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure quality control by inspecting products for damages or discrepancies before packaging. Maintain an organized and clean work environment in adherence to safety standards. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Qualifications Previous experience iworking with Tile Proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks is highly desirable. Strong understanding of materials handling processes and warehouse management systems. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
