PM General Information:

Creative Packaging is a rapidly growing, fast-paced manufacturing company who is looking for a full-time Material Handler at our Unadilla, GA location. This position will report directly to the shift Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating to and following instructions of Team Leaders.
• Ability to perform all Packer Position responsibilities ( description below ).
• Removing completed pallets from all lines and placing new pallet.
• Quality checking pallets for leakers or damage and reworking as needed.
• Label and band completed pallets.
• Clearing banded product to stocking location.
• Operating forklift, electric pallet jack, and manual pallet jack.
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Ensuring paperwork quantities match loaded or unloaded and noted/signed off properly.
• Bringing raw materials for shift production.
• Restocking line with boxes and partitions for each line throughout shift.
• Cleaning workstation.

• Required PPE:

  slip resistant shoes/slippers and gloves.
• Palletizing completed cases
• lifting up to 45lbs per case at an average 600 reps per shift.
• Quality checking random bags throughout shift
• simple squeeze test.
• Assisting Operator in film roll changes
• lifting up to 50lbs per roll change at an average of 4 changes per shift.
• Restocking line with boxes and partitions.
• Cleaning workstation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
