The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No experience required; previous warehouse experience plus! This position is based in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure. Employees regularly use warehouse equipment and standard office technology. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday while following all safety guidelines. Duties
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking incoming merchandise.
- Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions.
- Move materials between receiving, storage, shipping, and designated warehouse areas.
- Sort and stock materials on racks, shelves, and bins.
- Pull, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and accessible warehouse.
- Label and identify materials using approved methods.
- Open and inspect containers, crates, and shipments.
- Record inventory transactions using company software.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Prepare packages and parcels for shipment.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE. Qualifications
- Able to comfortably lift up to 70lbs throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
