We are looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our warehouse team in manufacturing/inventory and fulfillment roles. These team members are the backbone of our daily operations, responsible for ensuring products are accurately prepped, packed, shipped, and stored with precision and care.

Position:

• Warehouse Team Member - Part Time or Full Time
• $12 - $15 hourly w/ bonus eligibility

Winder, GA Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing:

Assemble, prep, and store sellable inventory. Inspect, test, and repair defective inventory.

Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.

Accurate & Efficient:

Complete work with keen awareness and attention to detail. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring 100% accuracy while remaining efficient. Report on accuracy- and efficiency-driven metrics daily.

Improve Operations:

Proactively identify and report ways to reduce costs or improve efficiency across procedures, products, and supplies.

Daily Upkeep:

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and packing zone.

Qualifications:

Skills:

Able to use packaging tools and equipment efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a keen focus on quality.

• Attention to

Detail:

High level of accuracy and care in all processes. Understand the importance of batching / double-checking your work and maintaining an organized workplace.

Tech Proficiency:

Ability to work with computers and miscellaneous softwares during the daily workflow, for completing work, printing labels, and reporting on key metrics.

Experience:
