Job Title:

Production Worker Responsibilities Wash and clean parts thoroughly to prepare them for processing. Operate a sandblaster safely to clean and prepare metal components. Perform mechanical assembly work using hand and power tools while following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Inspect parts for defects, damage, or quality issues and report findings. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards. Essential Skills 6+ months of production or assembly experience. Proficiency in safely using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment The environment is not climate controlled , so temperatures vary with the seasons. Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. , with occasional overtime required to support production demands. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Algona, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
