This position involves assisting with various labor-intensive tasks, material handling, cleanup, and support of daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish as part of daily job responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties as assigned Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Assist with production, warehouse, or job site operations Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and standards Assist team members with daily tasks to meet operational goals Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Full Spanish fluency is a plus Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or outdoor work experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
