General Laborer - 3rd Shift (Grindroom/Furnace) / $21.84/hour Join a Team That Invests in Your Growth We're looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support our 3rd shift Grindroom and Furnace operations. In this role, you'll work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, assisting with glass handling, equipment operation, furnace monitoring, and general production duties. AM Location:

Manufacturing Facility What You'll Do Safely retrieve and transport glass materials using a front-end loader. Monitor glass sifters and empty bins to maintain continuous production flow. Learn to operate and monitor furnace systems from the control room. Use hand and power tools to assist with production and maintenance activities. Perform general labor duties including cleaning, sweeping, and basic equipment upkeep. Support manufacturing processes such as packaging, line inspection, assembly, and material handling. Report equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors and team members. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate flexibility by learning new tasks, equipment, and responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, construction, or industrial environment. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience. Front-end loader experience. Experience in heavy manufacturing, furnace operations, glass production, or similar industrial settings. Comfortable learning new equipment and operating processes through employer-provided training.
