Yard Laborer Escondido, CA | $18.00/hr | Contract-to-Hire Join a Yard Operations Team We are seeking dependable and hardworking Yard Laborers to support daily yard operations. This position involves loading and unloading materials, assisting customers, maintaining an organized yard, and preparing materials for pickup and delivery. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, yard work, warehouse operations, or material handling who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. Available Schedules Candidates hired for this position will be assigned to one of the following schedules:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:

7:30 AM

• 4:00

PM and Saturday:

7:30 AM

• 1:00 PM (Off Wednesday and Sunday)

PM and Saturday:

• 1:00 PM (Off Tuesday and Sunday) 45 minute lunch for both schedules Responsibilities Load and unload concrete products, block, brick, pavers, sand, gravel, and other landscaping materials Assist customers with material pickups and orders Pull and prepare materials for customer pickup and delivery Organize and maintain inventory throughout the yard Inspect products for damage and report concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, moving, and palletizing materials Follow company safety procedures and policies Preferred Qualifications Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, yard work, warehouse, or material handling Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided) Why Apply?
