Job Description
Pint Size Hawaii is a rapidly growing food distribution company specializing in frozen, chill, and dry food products. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality goods to our diverse customer base. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated professionals with a passion for continuous improvement to join our operations team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Primary responsibilities include receiving, maintaining, replenishing, and picking inventory to and from storage, loading dock, delivery vehicles or containers. A warehouse associate should be able to operate necessary equipment to support inventory management tasks, such as a pallet jack, forklift, reach lift, and or order selector. The position also supports physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices. Sort and place materials or items on pallets, racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Ensure orders are properly labeled and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with inventory management system. Report discrepancies or issues such as damages, expired, or low stock conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Organize and restock shelves as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Forklift certification preferred. We will provide certification. Other Skills/Abilities

Starting at $20.00 plus bonus incentives. Actual wage depending on experience.Expected hours:
