Event Installation & Warehouse Team Member Job Summary Island Celebrations Hawaii is looking for a dependable team member to help deliver and install luxury event rentals for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. You'll load trucks, set up furniture and décor at event sites, return for breakdown, and help keep our warehouse inventory clean and event ready. Team members may also drive delivery trucks. The work is hands-on, varied, and takes place at some of Hawaiʻi's most beautiful venues. Why Join Us? Event hours vary and can include mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends, so we'll work with you to find shifts that fit your availability. Responsibilities Read rental orders and accurately pull items from the warehouse. Load and unload trucks, transport items on-site, and assist with event setup and breakdown. Drive company delivery vehicles when assigned. Install furniture, décor, and custom signage using hand tools and moving equipment. Inspect items before delivery and after return, reporting damage or missing pieces. Clean, maintain, and organize inventory and the warehouse. Work closely with the team and communicate professionally with clients and venue staff. Qualifications A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company delivery vehicles, including trucks, when assigned. Experience in events, hospitality, delivery, warehouse work, or a related hands-on role is preferred but we will provide paid training to upbeat, motivated individuals. Ability to read orders and follow setup instructions. Attention to detail is essential. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving event rentals up to 60lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Availability for some event shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends. Pay:

$24.83 - $29.90 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
