In State, On Island Applicants ONLY General Laborer, Hurricane Recovery Kaua'i | Starting at $50/hour | Immediate Openings Premier Restoration Hawai'i is hiring dependable General Laborers to support post-hurricane cleanup and recovery projects across Kaua'i. This is a hands-on role assisting our restoration teams with cleanup, material removal, job-site organization, and other general labor needed to help homes and businesses recover. Restoration experience is not required. We are looking for hardworking, reliable people who can follow directions and work safely as part of a team. What You'll Do Assist with hurricane-related cleanup and recovery work Remove damaged materials, debris, and contents from job sites Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and supplies Perform basic demolition and general job-site labor Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced restoration team members Work safely and professionally in customers' homes and businesses Assist with other duties as needed based on project demands What We're Looking For Dependable, hardworking, and ready to help Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding work for extended periods Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Must be available for varying schedules, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as recovery work requires Construction, demolition, landscaping, moving, warehouse, maintenance, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
