8:00am-4:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Warehouse Associate position available at a company in De Witt, IA. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process and complete small and large machine orders for customers.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verify quantities and quality, and allocate products to proper locations using a fork truck.
• Load and unload shipping containers, LTL trucks, and other shipments.
• Use wood cutting tools (table saw, drills, etc.) to ensure proper packaging of whole goods shipments.
• Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading trucks.
• Perform light assembly of agricultural machines.
• Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repetitively and 60-75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to grab, pinch, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
