Dubuque, IA Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and reliable General Laborer to assist with upkeep and maintenance of our Dubuque property portfolio of rental apartment units and commercial properties. This role requires a blend of customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Core Responsibilities Apartment Turnovers :

Help remediate units between tenants, including drywall patching, painting, cleaning.

Residential & Commercial Repairs :

Help with minor plumbing leaks, clogged drains, replacing light bulb and fixtures.

General Building Upkeep :

Conduct routine inspections and maintain common areas, perform preventative maintenance, minor landscaping upkeep, and snow removal

Required Qualifications Tools :

Possession of standard hand and other tools necessary for daily repair tasks.

Licensing :

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Ability :

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces.
