Job Profile Summary:
Dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to work in the wine and spirits industry, responsible for picking, packing, truck loading, and shipping alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in order fulfillment, palletizing, and forklift operation while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory. Proper usage of scanning devices to pick and ship products. Maintain set work standards for picking orders. Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment. Loading of product into delivery trucks. Ensure proper loading to minimize damage during transport. Check products and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping. Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures. Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy. Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols. Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Skills & Abilities Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines. Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly. Years of Experience Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.
