Description:
Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for general warehouse operations support, such as order picking, palletizing, simple kitting, and warehouse assistance. General Duties and Responsibilities Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the TIG warehouse lead and supervisor. Strict attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality control processes. Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping. Simple kit assembly and packaging following standardized instructions and training. Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Requirements:
Requirements High school diploma Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Experience and competence with computers. Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment. Competencies/Skills Assertive and clear written and oral communication. Willingness to grow and adapt as the needs of the business grow. Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve. Ability to work independently and team orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside the TIG/Exodus Organizations. Self-motivated, self-directed, and hardworking.
