• Equipment Operator, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to flawless operations and outstanding service.

This role offers competitive pay starting at $23.50/hr and the chance to work with brand new equipment in an encouraging environment!

Hours:

2nd shift: 4p-12:30a + OT as needed Starting rate: $23.50/hr + ability to earn up to $5.50/hr more based on individual performance! Job Responsibilities Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately. Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods. Assists the site management to align with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required. Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold by liaising with other departments. Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch. Adheres to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. • Pay Range:

• $15.00
• $34.66
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
