Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support field operations by ensuring technicians have the materials, equipment, and inventory needed to complete customer work efficiently. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory levels, receiving and distributing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and supporting urgent material requests. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and equipment handling, with a strong focus on organization, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities Manage inventory and stock levels to support field technicians and operational needs Receive, organize, store, and distribute materials and equipment within the warehouse Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate shipping, receiving, and repair processing for tools and equipment Support emergency material requests and ensure timely delivery of critical items Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, storage areas, and yard Coordinate material transportation and communicate effectively with technicians, managers, vendors, and contractors Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs
Compensation:
$18-21/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
