This role works under direct supervision and does not require previous warehouse experience. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist warehouse associates with routine daily tasks. Receive, sort, label, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Move lightweight materials to designated storage or work areas. Pick, pack, and prepare items as directed. Keep aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean and organized. Break down boxes and properly dispose of packaging and waste. Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to a supervisor. Follow verbal and written work instructions. Use required personal protective equipment. Follow all company safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions. Perform other basic warehouse support duties as assigned. Qualifications No previous warehouse experience required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and perform a variety of support tasks. Ability to work safely in an active warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance when required. Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Supervision and Equipment This is a support role performed under the direction of experienced warehouse associates or a supervisor. The employee may not operate forklifts, powered industrial equipment, machinery, or company vehicles unless separately trained, authorized, and approved in writing.
