Job Description

Job Title:
Wedding Tent Warehouse Worker (Cleaning and Preparation) Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our event operations team as a Wedding Tent Warehouse Worker. This role focuses on cleaning, inspecting, maintaining, and preparing tents and related equipment for weddings and special events. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work and understands that behind-the-scenes preparation is essential for creating flawless experiences. Key Responsibilities Clean, wash, dry, and sanitize tent tops, sidewalls, and accessories according to company standards. Inspect tents, poles, stakes, ratchets, and hardware for damage, stains, or wear. Perform minor repairs such as patching, replacing straps, and adjusting hardware. Fold, roll, and properly store tent materials to prevent damage and extend their lifespan. Prepare and organize tents and equipment for upcoming deliveries based on event orders. Load and unload tents and equipment onto delivery trucks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and washing areas. Follow safety procedures when handling large materials and operating equipment. Report inventory shortages or damaged items to management. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50100 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move continuously throughout the shift. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic knowledge of tools and minor repair techniques (preferred). Previous experience in warehouse, cleaning, or event rental is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn tent preparation procedures and safety standards. Work Environment Dynamic warehouse environment supporting weddings and special events. Schedule may include weekends and extended hours during peak wedding season. Collaborative environment with opportunities for growth. Why Join Us?
