Job Description

WHO WE ARE IDL

Industries builds precision firearm components for hardworking Americans. We started in a garage. We still run like a shop that cares about the part, the customer, and the person standing next to you. We are an ATF-regulated 07 FFL / 02 SOT manufacturer in Hayden, Idaho.

Our standard is simple:

do the right thing—every part, every shipment, every day.

HOW WE WORK

—

READ THIS FIRST

If these are not how you already work, this will not be a good fit. That is fine. We would rather know now.

▸ Safety first. No order, deadline, or bonus is worth an injury. We stop the work if something is unsafe.

▸ Own the work. You pick it, you pack it, you count it. If the quantity or the part is wrong, you say so early.

▸ Pride in the part. Close enough is not good enough. The customer only sees what leaves the shop.

▸ Show up ready. On time. Sober. Tools in order. Mind on the job. The rest of the team is counting on you.

▸ Help the next guy. Share what you know. Warn about a short or a bad box. Leave the floor better than you found it.

▸ Learn and get better. New work and new methods. We want people who grow—not people who punch a clock.

▸ Straight talk. Ask questions. Flag problems. No hiding shortages. No blaming the pick ticket after the fact. THE JOB This is a hands-on assembly, shipping, and receiving role. You build AR-15 components and OEM components to work instructions. You pick, pack, and ship orders—UPS, FedEx, and LTL. You receive incoming material, inspect it, and put it away. You move pallets with a pallet jack or forklift (training available), load freight, and lift up to 50 lbs. You keep inventory honest and every shipment right before it leaves.

YOU WILL FIT IF YOU HAVE A

high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and a reliable way to Hayden Monday through Friday. Warehouse, shipping, assembly, or light manufacturing experience is preferred. You follow written instructions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Forklift time helps; we will train the right person. You must be legally able to be around firearms. You will pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. We call past employers. Stable, verifiable history matters.
