Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Warehouse, Forklift & Shipping/Receiving Opportunity We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to support a local manufacturing and warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of forklift operation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling, and hands-on production work. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by moving materials, preparing shipments, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting with production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or production support are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and finished goods Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Use pallet jacks, dollies, or team lifting for heavier items Prepare parts for shipment by washing, drying, counting, labeling, and packaging Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory Keep the warehouse clean and organized Move scrap materials to appropriate recycling areas Support production tasks such as deburring, parts washing, and basic machine work Use tools and equipment like grinders, sanders, drill bits, and tumblers Complete basic data entry and recordkeeping Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and thorough work habits Previous forklift experience required (certification not required) Ability to follow directions and work independently Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn new tasks across departments Physical Requirements Lift and carry materials as needed (heavy lifting may be required) Stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift Perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching Perks Competitive pay with increase upon hire Full-time, 4-day work week Opportunity to gain experience in warehouse, forklift, and manufacturing work Variety of tasks Long-term potential with growth opportunities Apply Today Apply online or visit our Express Employment Professionals Lewiston office today to learn more about this Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate opportunity!
