Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience working in a warehouse, industrial, construction or factory setting. This role involves assembling, fabricating, assembling and operating various tools and equipment to contribute to the production process effectively. This position will most likely be an overnight shift with up to 65 hours per week. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform various tasks. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Assist in basic fabricating parts as needed for production processes while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use. Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling and transportation within the facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary to ensure optimal functionality. Requirements Proven knowledge with experience in an industrial or construction facility preferred. Familiarity with basic tools and environment required. Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely preferred but not required. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse workforce.
