Atlas Staffing is hiring a Packaging Specialist for a fantastic manufacturing company in Post Falls! This is a day shift role supporting the shipping team by packaging, labeling, documenting, and preparing products for shipment. Role Purpose The Packaging Specialist helps ensure products are protected, accurate, compliant, and ready for on time delivery. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail oriented, safety minded, and comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Complete daily packaging workload in coordination with the shipping team Package and label products according to work orders and company standards Prepare products for shipment using materials such as foam inserts, bubble wrap, and automated packaging systems Accurately complete and review production and shipping documentation Input, scan, and track materials within company systems, including SAP and Access Collaborate with the Packaging Engineer to support effective packaging solutions Support continuous improvement related to packaging efficiency and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safety focused work environment Follow written and verbal instructions to meet company and customer requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse environment Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel Data entry experience is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs. Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, reach, and use hands and arms to operate equipment Safety toe footwear required, steel, aluminum, or composite meeting
