About the Role We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant to help keep our warehouse and day-to-day operations organized and running efficiently. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and help keep workflow moving efficiently Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, shipment, and product information in company systems Monitor inventory and shipment information and help identify and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and other departments regarding orders, materials, and deliveries Provide general operational and administrative support to the warehouse team as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 6 months-1 year of experience in a warehouse, operations, inventory, logistics, retail, or administrative environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortability in Microsoft Suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
