Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and Delivery Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely deliveries. This energetic position combines hands-on materials handling, inventory management, and safe driving practices to keep our supply chain running smoothly. You'll be responsible for loading, unloading, stocking products, and delivering goods to our valued customers, along with pulling orders for our walk in customers. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as, forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments using proper manual handling techniques and fork lift operation skills. Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain accurate records using inventory management software and warehouse management systems. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory control systems. Drive delivery routes safely while adhering to traffic laws, safety protocols (OSHA standards), and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety regulations and PPE use guidelines. Assist with inventory control tasks such as stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to warehouse supervisors. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach, forklifts (including forklift certification), pallet jacks. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management and logistics operations. Ability to perform heavy lifting manually or with equipment while following safety protocol adherence. Basic math skills for order picking, packing calculations, and inventory tracking. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving preferred. Class C (non-CDL) drivers license is required to drive our 18' flat bed trucks. Must have previous truck driving experience. Warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment tasks.
