In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and handling materials to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your active participation will help maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation while contributing to the seamless flow of goods from our facility to customers. Monday-Friday $21hr 8am-4:30pm with OT when needed Start ASAP Must be able to pass a background check Temp to hire Duties Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and process orders for shipment Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Perform order picking and packing with precision to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work environment Conduct quality control checks on materials to verify accuracy and condition before dispatching or storing Support warehouse distribution tasks including loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and preparing orders for shipment Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and materials handling Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks; certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory accuracy Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues when needed Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials safely throughout the shift Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and energized warehouse environment!
