Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning tools to ensure accurate order picking and stock control Pick and pack orders with precision, adhering to safety standards in production and shipping & receiving protocols Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting tasks while following OSHA safety guidelines to prevent injuries Perform equipment repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain optimal operation of material handling equipment Maintain organized warehouse distribution areas by following warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks), pallet jacks, and load/unload machinery Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management systems and barcode scanning for logistics Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while following OSHA standards Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy Strong understanding of forklift safety protocols and warehouse safety standards in production environments Prior experience in warehouse supervision or managing warehouse distribution is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team Ready to take the next step? to join a vibrant team committed to excellence in logistics!
