Ipmedia is a growing hi-tech products manufacturer located in Buffalo Grove IL. You'll be an integral part of our production team, coordinating shipments to our customers and making sure everything gets received from our vendors. Need to have open availability Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8pm Able to lift boxes up to 40lbs Shipping Clerk Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate, coordinate, and direct inbound and outbound shipments Oversee, help prepare, and complete shipping and receiving documents for domestic and overseas shipments Help with the QC process against any defects or mistakes on orders so our customers receive the best possible products and experiences Work directly with front office team leads including sales and product managers to ensure objectives are met Be a problem solver, provide solutions for unique shipping challenges to deliver orders correct and on time and delight our customers Communicate and update sales team members in a timely manner Assist with other warehouse duties, including assembly and organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving areas Join a fun work environment with great growth potential as we work to take our company to the next level
