We are looking for a reliable, organized, and self-directed Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations. This is an active, hands-on role best suited to someone who enjoys staying busy and productive throughout their shift. The workflow is steady, and there is always something to be done — from preparing items and photographing products to organizing inventory and keeping systems accurate. Training will be provided, but the right candidate will be naturally organized, comfortable using a smartphone for work tasks, and able to stay focused without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare items for sale Take clear, accurate product photos using a smartphone Upload images and enter item details using apps/software Organize and store inventory in designated locations Accurately record item locations within the inventory system Maintain a clean and efficient workspace Assist with general shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

Reliable with consistent weekday availability (9 AM - 2 PM range) Comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new systems Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently Able to stay productive and focused throughout the shift Self-directed and able to manage time without constant oversight Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs (heavier items with assistance) Positive, team-oriented attitude
