Job Description
Job Summary We are a small manufacturing company that processes steel bar products. Our Chicago Heights facility is one of 5 locations. We are an ESOP, and employees are awarded ESOP stock annually as an additional retirement benefit. We also provide medical, dental and life insurance. Our business is growing and we are looking for new members to join our team. We start employees off as material handlers and crane operators. We are looking for people willing to move into other operations such as straightening, turning, polishing, testing and saw cutting. We welcome those without experience and will train accordingly.
