Activity Aide Requirements:

1•2 years of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred). As an Activity Aide, you will: Facilitate ongoing group and individual activity programs based on residents' needs, interests, and abilities, as identified in assessments and care plans. Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy. Assist in creating the activity calendar and coordinating events.
