They are expected to assist in receiving, inspecting, logging, and putting away incoming shipments, as well as delivering orders directly to customers using the company box truck as needed. Basic Duties Include (but not limited to): 1. Prepare shipping boxes for daily orders and link them with pick lists and invoices 2. Pick and pack product to company standards as it is prepared throughout the day into the appropriate orders 3. Finalize each order with packing materials, invoices, and shipping labels 4. Prepare and oversee pickup of large distributor orders 5. Maintain organized shipping and receiving area 6. Physically receive, verify, and put away incoming goods. file associated invoices 7. Distribute incoming internal packages 8. Make occasional deliveries, pickups, etc. using box truck as needed 9. Comply with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Food Safety Plan, HACCP, GMPs, GFSI and Safety requirements 10. Assist with production team and other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

1. Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify orders for fulfillment and items received 2. Basic understanding of dock and warehouse procedures 3. Good organizational skills and attention to detail 4. Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching 5. Must be able to repeatedly bend, lift, and carry products and packages up to 50 lbs. repeatedly 6. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock 7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports 8. Hold a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record 9. Experience driving Box Trucks or larger vehicles in a delivery capacity 10. Background check required

Recommended Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
