We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout your shift, and being part of an operation that keeps products moving safely and efficiently, this role is for you. What You'll Do + Operate forklifts to move product into storage or prepare orders for shipment + Accurately place, stack, and store products following warehouse standards + Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or returns + Count, identify, sort, label, and scan inventory using RF scanners + Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality + Operate warehouse equipment such as conveyors, dock locks, hydraulic doors, battery hoists, and compressed air systems + Maintain clean, organized work areas and promptly address spills + Support general facility operations and assist with other tasks as needed + Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection when required What We're Looking For + Forklift experience preferred + Prior warehouse experience strongly valued + Ability to perform general labor tasks when not operating a forklift + Experience with material handling, order picking, packing, and inventory + Comfortable using RF scanners and handling shipping & receiving tasks + Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude Key Skills Forklift operation
