Macon Foods is a mid-sized, natural foods manufacturing facility that provides a production home for both established brands like Maxine's Heavenly and a new generation of emerging brands and private label businesses. Our focus on speed-to-market innovation and exclusive brand-retailer collaborations reflects a belief that great products do not just fill shelves — they capture hearts, connecting emotionally with retailers and consumers alike. Macon Foods is built by investing deeply in people — empowering every individual to take pride in their craft, think creatively, and grow with the business. We unite through a shared set of values: Uncompromising Integrity — We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. Honesty and Mutual Respect — We communicate openly, value differing perspectives, and treat everyone with basic human decency. Relentlessly High Standards — We set the bar high for ourselves and our products, and we never stop raising it.
