We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to join our PAMCO Label team in Des Plaines, Illinois. This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing finished-goods inventory, accurately scanning materials into and out of inventory locations, and pulling finished goods as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize finished-goods inventory.
Scan finished goods into and out of inventory locations.
Pull finished goods from inventory as needed.
Verify products and quantities to help maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure finished goods are properly organized and stored in designated locations.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
Move and organize finished goods throughout the warehouse.
Operate a forklift after successfully completing company-provided forklift certification.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area.
Follow established inventory procedures and all company safety requirements.
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but not required.
Basic computer and scanning skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately follow inventory procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing and able to complete company-provided forklift certification.
Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Pay Range$17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
