Job Summary We are hiring Warehouse Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities in the Woodridge, IL area, with openings in Glendale Heights and Romeoville. These roles support busy, high-volume distribution operations and are ideal for dependable candidates with warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or forklift experience. • Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment.
• Load, unload, receive, put away, and organize warehouse materials and inventory.
• Operate forklifts or PIT equipment safely when assigned, while also performing hands-on warehouse duties.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, order accuracy, and shipping documentation.
• Use RF scanners, pick tickets, and basic computer systems to complete warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:

  $19 to $20 per hour.

• Glendale Heights, IL Forklift Associate Schedule:

  1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, or 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Romeoville, IL Picker/Packer Schedule:

  1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and dealer orders accurately.
• Move, receive, stage, and organize materials in a high-volume warehouse setting.
• Operate forklift or PIT equipment safely for forklift-assigned openings.
• Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and order documentation accurately.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or related experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience is required for forklift associate openings.
• Ability to use RF scanners, pick tickets, and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well with picking, shipping, inventory, and quality teams.
• Must be willing to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including significant picking and packing work.
• Protective safety shoes are required and must meet site safety standards, including

requirements where applicable.

• Candidates must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check and 5-panel drug screen. Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent forklift experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution or production environment.
• Experience picking, packing, shipping, or handling HVAC parts, service components, or similar inventory.
• Experience completing written and computerized shipping and receiving documentation.
