In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to efficiently pick, load, and unload materials within a busy warehouse environment. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and materials handling will ensure smooth distribution operations, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical knowledge, warehouse experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workspace. Responsibilities Accurately pick items, quantities, and lot numbers from designated bin locations Process both customer orders and internal work orders Follow order notes and instructions carefully Complete pick tickets and work orders with all required information Place completed pallets in designated warehouse areas Operate a cherry picker safely and efficiently Maintain accuracy and productivity standards Pay close attention to detail and ask questions when clarification is needed Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Requirements Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred Experience operating a cherry picker is preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to stand and work for an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality required
