This role is an important part of keeping our assembly and distribution operations moving efficiently, ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time and accurately accounted for throughout the process. In this hands-on role, you'll set up and tear down assembly lines, stage materials for production, move and rotate inventory, and help keep warehouse and assembly areas organized and ready for upcoming work. You'll also work with Bills of Materials (BOMs), reconcile inventory, and record material movements and production activity in systems such as NetSuite and Körber/Warehouse Edge. Your accuracy will directly support our ability to meet production schedules and deliver materials efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active, practical work but also brings strong attention to detail and comfort working with inventory information and technology. You'll collaborate with teammates across assembly and distribution, troubleshoot discrepancies, and play an important role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient operations. Qualifications Job Requirements Previous warehouse, material handling, inventory, assembly, or distribution experience preferred. Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems preferred. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification is preferred, and required equipment training must be completed. Ability to accurately read and work with Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory documentation, and production information. Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile inventory, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Basic math and spreadsheet skills, including units of measure and conversions. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and consistently meet production timelines. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive approach to working with others. Ability to stand and move for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, kneel, crouch, stoop, and climb ladders, and lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds independently.
