Elgin Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America; it's also home to one of the largest HVAC warehouses in Illinois with 100,000 square feet of space. We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Specialist who wants to become a part of an elite team. Position Overview The Warehouse Specialist plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within a large-scale, fast-moving HVAC distribution environment. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials while ensuring safety, organization, and operational excellence throughout the warehouse. Employees will stand for extended periods and may need to alternate between sitting, crouching, kneeling, and bending to perform warehouse tasks efficiently.
