• Full-time Jay Wholesale Distribution is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to handle order checking, scanning, and light order picking .

This role plays a key part in making sure every order is accurate and ready for delivery. We supply gas stations, liquor stores, and convenience stores throughout the greater Chicagoland area, so speed and accuracy are critical.

Responsibilities:

Scan and verify outgoing orders for accuracy Check products against invoices and pick lists Pick items to complete orders as needed Identify and correct discrepancies before orders leave the warehouse Stage and organize completed orders for delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Work closely with drivers and warehouse team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace Ability to be on your feet and move throughout the shift Comfortable using scanners / handheld devices Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift and move boxes consistently

Preferred Experience:

Warehouse experience (picking, packing, scanning) Experience with barcode scanners or inventory systems Background in wholesale or distribution environments
