Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities. This position is responsible for accurately handling materials, preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse. - Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Review outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment
- Receive incoming materials and assist with proper identification, storage, and put-away
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with researching and resolving differences
- Maintain proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Assist with locating and organizing inventory
- Maintain adequate warehouse supply levels, including labels, boxes, tape, shrink wrap, and other shipping materials
- Notify management of material shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or other issues that may affect operations or customer shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned and properly trained
- Follow company safety procedures and established warehouse processes
- Work cooperatively with Warehouse, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience
- Previous experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred
- Experience with cycle counting, order picking, packing, or receiving is a plus Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and handle materials
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive material-handling activities

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
