Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment using order picker equipment, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other tools Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage Conduct stock stocking, replenishment, and inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels Utilize shipping logistics knowledge to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure compliance with trade regulations Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates with precision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and conducting routine inspections Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and customer specifications Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is advantageous Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting customer service efforts Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels our success!
