Warehouse, Delivery & Sales Support Associate Boss Carpet One Floor & Home — Freeport, IL $47,500 - $55,000 per year About the Role Boss Carpet One is hiring a hands-on team member for our Freeport store. This is primarily a warehouse and delivery position, with some sales floor support mixed in. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and occasionally helping a customer pick out the right product, this role has a good mix. We're a family-run business with a friendly, professional culture. Our delivery crew is a big part of how customers experience us, so we're looking for someone reliable, courteous, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Schedule Starting out:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM After onboarding: Saturday rotation added (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM). When you're scheduled for a Saturday, you'll get a weekday off that week — so you're never working more than 5 days. What You'll Do Stage and load flooring materials for daily deliveries Deliver flooring to job sites and homes safely, protecting both the product and customer property Occasionally, remove old flooring at job sites. Help out on the sales floor when needed, greeting customers and answering basic questions Pitch in around the warehouse with whatever the day calls for What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and handle physically demanding work daily A professional, friendly attitude — especially when things get busy or stressful Team-first mindset; willing to jump in wherever you're needed Prior warehouse, delivery, or flooring experience is a plus, but not required

What We Offer Pay:

$47,500 - $55,000 per year, based on experience

Paid Time Off Health Insurance Allowance:

$300/month (accounted for in pay package)

Phone Allowance:

$40/month for personal phone use (accounted for in pay package)
