Glenwood , IL Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description Support plant logistics and production operations by palletizing finished units, packaging orders, moving and organizing inventory, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role assists with material handling, inventory accuracy, product packaging, and general housekeeping activities to support dialy plant operations and customer service goals.
Responsibilities:
Palletize and prepare units for storage and shipment Package orders according to established procedures Move materials and inventory throughout the plant Perform physical inventory checks to support inventory accuracy Assist with stocking and issuing materials as needed Maintain clean and orderly work areas and support general housekeeping activities Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Report damaged materials or safety concerns to
Team Lead Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or warehouse environment. Experience using pallet jacks , sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift preferred
