In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, operate warehouse technology, and maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures. $17.00 - $18.50/hour Key Responsibilities Receiving & Verification Receive all incoming shipments, including small and special-handling items. Verify contents against shipping documents, noting any discrepancies or damage. Enter receipts and print labels using warehouse computer systems. Order Processing & Picking Pick outbound orders accurately using RF scanners. Verify product type, quantity, and quality before packaging. Select the correct box sizes and prepare shipments for quality control. Quality Control & Shipping Perform quality checks to ensure accurate counts and product condition. Enter handling units, verify orders, and print shipping labels. Accurately label boxes and products and route them to the conveyor line for metering. Maintenance & Safety Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Adhere to safety standards, reporting or correcting unsafe conditions immediately. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Proficient with basic computer systems; experience using RF technology.
• Ability to multitask, organize work, and manage time efficiently.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and DHL Power Stations.
• Typing speed of 25-40 wpm. Preferred Qualifications
• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and platforms, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Previous experience in quality control and order verification.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently and safely.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience with RF scanners and inventory tracking technology. Work Environment
• Positions available on 1st shift .
• Warehouse environment with moderate noise from conveyors and equipment.
• Exposure to moving equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
• Ability to work in varying climate conditions (cold winters, hot summers).
• Extended periods of standing and repetitive physical tasks.
