Warehouse Associate (Shipping)

Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM Join Our Team! PetDine is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Harvard, IL. In this role, you will support our packaging and warehouse operations by ensuring finished products are accurately stored, picked, and prepared for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Pick, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Record lot codes for all outbound shipments. Shrink-wrap pallets and load outbound trucks safely and efficiently. Organize warehouse inventory and truckloads to maintain a clean and orderly work area. Prepare UPS and FedEx shipments. Notify Operations when inventory needs replenishment. Complete required pre- and post-operation cleaning procedures to meet sanitation standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math and computer skills. Experience operating a forklift (forklift certification required upon hire). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a warehouse environment while following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Why Join PetDine?
