Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance We are seeking a Warehouse Transportation Specialist to coordinate daily transportation operations and carrier capacity. This position will work closely with UPS, FedEx, third-party logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time.Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse shipments and carrier capacity. Communicate with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers regarding pickups and deliveries. Arrange vehicles, pickup times, and transportation based on order volume. Handle shipping issues such as delays, missed scans, lost packages, and returns. Track delivery performance, carrier capacity, and logistics data. Coordinate with company-operated warehouses, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.Qualifications:
Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other U.S. carriers is preferred. Basic English communication skills for daily work. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Benefits
